  1. While your application form may be submitted via the internet, a property must be inspected in person by the prospective tenant applying before any lease is signed.
  2. Please note that we conduct employment checks, reference checks and previous rental history (if any).
  3. It is a condition of any lease with Hannaford Stock & Land that rental payments are to be paid by either Cash, Direct Credit into our account or cheque. However should a cheque be dishonoured the Tenant will be responsible for the dishonour fee.
