Stephen was raised on a beef property at the foot of the Mograni. After schooling in Gloucester, Stephen completed a Meat Retailing Certificate at Hamilton TAFE while working as a Butcher for 5 years. He has 10 years experience in selecting and showing Devon cattle for Mograni Devon Stud and has been involved in cattle judging competitions. Stephen played for the Australian Under 18 Hockey team in 2003 & for the last 5 years a member of NSW Institute of Sport.
