Hannaford Stock and Land offer local land holders a wide range of services to assist with their day to day management

• Property Consultancy and Management – HSL provide comprehensive consultancy catering for all aspects of rural occupancy. We conduct and oversee day to day management including livestock husbandry, pasture development and weed control.

• Personnel Supply – HSL are able to source/screen and supply all personnel requirements.

• NLIS Scanning – HSL supply a scanning service to list your livestock on our databases enabling producers to maintain accurate records and stock movements.

Hannaford Stock and Land ( Real Estate) have for the past 5 years operated under the Elders banner. As of May 1, 2009 we are operating both the stock side and the Real Estate section as one unit, and the doors of Elders Real Estate have closed.

There have been few changes apart from the name, with all our excellent staff remaining the same. They are here to help you with your enquiries, be it the Sale of your home or property, the Purchase of your new home, the leasing arangements for your investment property or whatever business and commercial venture you are interested in.

Rentals
We are not just Stock and Land or Sales, Hannaford Stock and Land operates a huge Rental Roll with capable staff who manage the legalities of leasing and all maintenance issues on your behalf.
